*The Advanced Folkstyle class is for experienced wrestlers and will consist of technique, drilling, and live wrestling.

*The Freestyle/Greco class is for advanced wrestlers looking for an introduction to the Olympic styles of wrestling.  This class will be a mix of technique and live wrestling.

*The Folkstyle Fundamental class is for younger and/or less experienced wrestlers who are looking for an introduction to the basics of wrestling.
